The Service contains and facilitates the distribution of adult and explicit material. We never have custody of, and cannot recover, your private keys or seed phrases. Any action taken through your authenticated Wallet is deemed to have been taken by you.
This website may decline registration or restrict access to specific features for applicants or Users in the following circumstances. Such measures are limited to the affected features and do not, by themselves, delete a User's account or confiscate a User's earned balances:
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this website. Content that violates this Article may be removed, and access to specific features may be restricted, in response to a suspected violation. Enforcement is directed at the offending Content itself; we do not delete a User's account or confiscate a User's earned balances as a penalty (see Articles 6 and 8):
Moderation of prohibited and unlawful Content is carried out through prompt removal and, increasingly, through automated AI-assisted detection combined with decentralized community (DAO) governance, rather than the unilateral discretion of any single operator. Where Content is identified as unlawful — including, without limitation, material depicting minors or non-consensual acts — it will be removed. Removal of specific Content does not, by itself, result in the deletion of a User's wallet-based account, and Users are not banned as a routine consequence of a Content removal.
Sellers and Users retain ownership of the Content they lawfully upload. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant this website a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, cache, distribute, publicly perform, and display such Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, promote, and provide the Service, including delivery through content delivery networks and decentralized or third-party storage.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to grant the foregoing license, and that your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, and complies with all applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for your Content. We do not endorse any Content, but we remove unlawful or prohibited Content as described in Article 5, through prompt removal and, increasingly, AI-assisted and decentralized community (DAO) moderation. Where your Content depicts real, identifiable persons, you agree to retain, for as long as required by law, documentation evidencing the age and consent of every such person, and to provide such documentation upon lawful request.
AI-assisted, AI-edited, and AI-generated Content is expressly permitted and welcomed on the Service. You remain responsible for ensuring that such Content is lawful and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. Where AI-generated Content does not depict any real person, the age-and-consent documentation requirement above applies only to the extent that a real, identifiable person is in fact depicted. In all cases, Content that depicts or realistically appears to depict a minor is strictly prohibited regardless of how it was produced.
Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to this website and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

The Service supports payment in cryptocurrency, including stablecoins such as USDT, DAI, and JPYC, as well as an internal Points (pt) balance. Prices are denominated in Points, which correspond to cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the relevant transaction.
For supported tokens, this website may facilitate "gasless" transactions in which the User authorizes a transaction by signature and this website's relayer submits the transaction and bears the network gas cost; service fees, spreads, or limits may apply and may be adjusted from time to time. Direct settlement transactions are executed peer-to-peer on the relevant blockchain and are final once confirmed.
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, that you are responsible for selecting the correct network and recipient address, and that we cannot reverse, cancel, or recover funds sent in error. Charged Points may be subject to expiration and first-in-first-out consumption rules as published within the Service. Withdrawals of earned balances may be subject to minimum thresholds and withdrawal fees as published within the Service.
We do not arbitrarily confiscate, freeze, or withhold a User's earned balances. Earned balances remain withdrawable to a User-specified address at any time, subject only to the published minimum thresholds and withdrawal fees and to the limited exceptions in the following sentence. We may withhold, reverse, or reclaim a balance only where required by applicable law or a lawful order, or where the balance results from fraud, chargeback, error, price or settlement manipulation, or a violation of these Terms. Absent such circumstances, your earned balances are yours to withdraw.
LAXDX operates an affiliate program that allows Users to earn commissions by introducing others to purchase content on the platform. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following rules:
Sellers may set the price of their Content freely within the range permitted by this platform. By listing Content for sale, Sellers represent that they have the right to do so and that the Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Because the Service delivers digital content that is accessible immediately upon purchase, and because blockchain settlement is generally irreversible, all sales are final. Purchased Content cannot be refunded except in cases of material defects directly attributable to this website.
Where a refund is granted at our discretion, it may be issued in Points or cryptocurrency of equivalent value as determined by us, and may be net of any network or processing costs already incurred.
This website may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice to Users when it determines that any of the following reasons exist:
